Three different home economics courses are available at the Euro-BBW:

• Housekeeper (three year full qualification),
• Assistant housekeeper (three year lower grade course)
• Specialist in the hospitality services industry (m/f) (two year full qualification).

The wide range of course related tasks at the Euro-BBW include preparing as well as serving meals and baking. The cakes and biscuits produced in our housekeeping courses are particularly appreciated among patrons. Trainees additionally undertake diverse cleaning, laundry and textile work. Manufacturing decoration articles, some which are sold in our practise shops, as well as the seasonal decoration inhouse round off the course curriculum.

Complete arrangements can be booked for christenings, weddings or a first communion: from cleaning the hall, producing invitations and table cards, laying and decorating tables to catering and service at the location.

Work experience placements can be made in nursery schools, care centers, homes for the elderly, hospitals, cleaning firms or private households.

Specialist in the hospitality services industry are prepared for professional work in the gastronomy and hotel industries. This includes waiter's work, looking after guests, room service and work at the reception. Around half of the vocational training takes place in co-operating businesses.
